Sunday School
Our Sunday School at Risen Savior Lutheran Church is a vibrant and educational experience tailored for children aged 3 to 12. Every Sunday morning at 9:15 AM, our dedicated teachers provide engaging lessons, interactive activities, and a nurturing environment where kids can explore their faith and learn about Jesus. It's a wonderful opportunity for children to grow spiritually and build lasting friendships while having fun.
Children's Message
During our worship services at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, we have a special moment just for the kids – the Children's Message. This tailored version of the sermon is designed to connect with our young congregation, making the teachings of the Bible relatable and engaging for them. It's a meaningful opportunity for children to learn and grow in their faith within a welcoming community.
Mornings with Mommy
Mornings with Mommy is a unique and engaging program held at the Risen Savior Lutheran Church in Lakewood Ranch, designed for children from birth through preschool, accompanied by an adult—be it Moms, Dads, Grandparents, or Nannies. Unlike typical preschool or daycare, it offers a chance for adults to socialize while their little ones engage in various educational activities.
These sessions, which are thematically distinct from one another, include activities such as arts and crafts, sensory tables, language development, and motor skill exercises. Registration is required due to the high demand, with each session costing just $5 for an entire family, covering crafts, supplies, and snacks.
Miracle of Motherhood
The church community here at Risen Savior Lutheran understands the importance of nurturing and cherishing expectant mothers, acknowledging the strength and grace it takes to embark on this sacred journey. Our aim is to envelop them in a cocoon of love, ensuring they feel valued, seen, and supported every step of the way.

Confirmation Class
Our 7th and 8th graders are encouraged to begin a 2 year study with Pastor on the teachings of the Bible. During these formative years of their lives, Confirmation Class provides a wonderful opportunity to shape their life around the teachings of the Bible.
Risen Savior Academy
Risen Savior Academy, an extension of Risen Savior Lutheran Church, offers faith-based education for students in pre-K through first grade, with a vision to expand our offerings through 8th grade. Our academy blends academic excellence with spiritual growth, providing a well-rounded education in a nurturing environment. With dedicated educators and a supportive community, Risen Savior Academy is dedicated to fostering young minds in both academics and faith. Our ongoing commitment is to grow and develop our academic offerings, ensuring a continuous and enriching educational journey up to the 8th grade.
