In this week’s update, we’ve made significant progress on our church and school project:
- Schematic Design Submission: Our design has been submitted to Willis Smith, who will begin creating a realistic budget for the project.
- Soil Boring Bids: We’re obtaining bids for soil borings to ensure a strong foundation.
- Access and Timeline Development: Conversations with the county and our civil engineer continue as we develop a realistic timeline for the project.
- Upcoming Congregational Meeting: Mark your calendars for September 21st and 22nd for an important meeting where we’ll discuss the project’s progress and next steps.
- Phasing Plan: We’re exploring phasing opportunities if the entire project cannot be completed at once.
